Healthcheck

GuideSafe™ Healthcheck is a nationwide COVID-19 assessment tool that allows users to report COVID-19 related symptoms and exposure. Participation is encouraged daily but frequency of reporting is determined by the public health and medical guidance relevant to each organization utilizing Healthcheck for returning to campus or work.

GuideSafe™ Healthcheck consists of a set of questions that assess symptoms and exposure to COVID-19. An initial set up survey is performed the first time you access Healthcheck and will take about 20 seconds to complete. Subsequent surveys will take about 10 seconds to complete. You can even set up reminders though the GuideSafe™ Healthcheck tool. However, if you ever develop new symptoms – don’t wait for a reminder – report them immediately.

Based on your response, GuideSafe™ Healthcheck will assign you one of three categories: Least Risk, May be at Risk, or Greater Risk – each with its own instructions on how to proceed to campus or work. Regardless of how you answer, a secure compliance report will be sent to Student Health or Human Resources.
