Event Passport
GuideSafe™ Event Passport is used to facilitate access to meetings, events, or facilities having ten or more people. Event attendees will complete Healthcheck, a COVID-19 assessment tool, prior to entering their event. Event passport is issued based on a proprietary risk algorithm factoring your daily Healthcheck assigned risk level. After you have completed Guidesafe™ Healthcheck, press the “Get my Passport” button to get your passport. Your passport is valid for the day. Each user is assigned a unique passport number indicating their status for the upcoming event which will show a “Clear” screen or “Not Clear” screen.
If you received a status of “Not Clear” from the GuideSafe™ Event Passport for a specific event, meeting or facility, you will not be permitted to enter. Event Passport helps us manage large groups and prevent further exposure to COVID-19.
